Committee
The committee is elected annually at the AGM, where the existing committee stand down and a new committee (which may include existing members if they run for re election) is elected. Members normally serve for a maximum of four consecutive years. The Chair is appointed at the AGM. Other individual roles are handed over by retiring members and allocated at a committee meeting following the AGM.
The constitution sets a quorum of at least 6 members for committee meetings and decisions. .
